History at Dennington C of E Primary School is a fun, dynamic and hands-on subject. Throughout their life at the school, the children are able to immerse themselves into different historical time periods exploring how our lives today have been shaped by those who have come before us. The children develop a secure understanding of chronology - where different time periods studied fit in to and lead on from one another, both in terms of British History and world history. We explore our local history with many opportunities for trips to bring the past to life.
